Assetto Corsa PS4 Special Events - Lotus Type 49 at Monza 1966 Road Course.
This hotlap challenge was a lot easier to bronze than the Ferrari F40 challenge I recently posted. I managed this one after only about three or four laps, beating the required time of 1m 32s by around half a second.
Looking at where I lost time, it is apparent that this should be an event in which I can achieve Gold with a bit more practice and some small adjustments to the car - the time required for the top rank is 1m 29S and there are plenty of videos out there from drivers who have already done it. The Type 49 is a great car and there is a lot of fun to be had in it for sure, this challenge certainly made me want to spend some more time in it.
My challenge to myself today was just to achieve bronze in some of the special events, so mission accomplished for now at least :-)
